WCHS 2025 Bylaw Changes

In accordance with the Wright County Historical Society’s bylaws, “proposed amendments to these Bylaws shall be published and made available to all members by September 15. A 2/3 vote of the members present at the annual meeting is required to adopt amendments to these Bylaws.”

The link below shows all approved changes the WCHS Board of Directors has directed brought forward for membership vote at the WCHS Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 6:30pm. This meeting is open to all WCHS members, and voting is limited to one vote per membership (must be current as of September 15, 2025).
