Join WCHS as we host speaker Dr. Corey Martin on Tuesday, September 8th from 1:30-2:30pm at the Wright County Heritage Center (2001 Hwy 25 N, Buffalo). Dr. Martin will speak on the exciting Bounce Back Project, a partnership of Allina Medical Clinic-Buffalo, CentraCare-Monticllo, Buffalo Hospital, Buffalo Clinic and Monticello clinic, to help individual in our community improve their health through happiness. Studies show that being kind to others not only helps the community but has great personal benefits, including increased resilience, health and happiness. This fall, Buffalo and Monticello will be the first in the nation to participate in a community wide study, in partnership with Duke University, around one very powerful resiliency took that can increase your happiness--Random Acts of Kindness!
